I recently had to purchase this item after my kids cord broke, and after numerous other cheaper options stopped working thanks to apples compatibility problems. Because this is an apple product it works like it should.

I searched everywhere for this connector and was only able to find at Best Buy in this length. The price was very reasonable. However I was disappointed to find that Best Buy no longer offers a warranty for this item.

On cables I like to buy open box. The money you save is great. Bought two cables. One was factory seal and the other one was taped. Had to give 4 stars because the taped box was returned by a smoker. First time I was not 100% satisfied with an open box item. Cables work great and are Real Apple product.

Recently, I picked up my iPad from the floor, where it had fallen (probably knocked down) while it was charging. Only what I found was that the lightning tip was broken off of the cord and no longer functional. I purchased this connector as a replacement and it works just as well as the original. Since there was nothing wrong with the adapter, and the original tip was easily removed from my iPad, all I needed was the connector. Reasonably priced too, I might add.

It's an Apple product, so of course it works as expected.

I will only buy Apple brand chargers because I learned the hard way about buying the cheap ones. I just wish they weren't so much money!

This product breaks near the end connected to the ipod. This has a hard plastic near that end and breaks at that point. It does not last even for 6 months. This is my second one bought after buying the ipod in last November 2013.

Certified by Apple so you know it's going to work right.

I love apple products, very durable chargers and last a very long time. Length is perfect for an everyday use!
