Of course this Apple product works better than any generic but it's also 2-3 times more expensive.

It's a USB cable. Either it works or it does not. Trying to come up with fifty word to describe wht you love about a cable is a big challenge. It is white, so it contains all the colors. Black would be he absence of color. It has the proper connections for my needs. It is preferct.

For those with teenagers, you know there are never enough chargers in the house. Instead of never finding my charger, we loaded up during the holidays & made these great stocking stuffers!

Tired of sharing cords Everytime I want to charge something someone is using my cord! I just got tired of it. I wanted to make sure and I got a good cord that would charge quickly

I would recommend this product to everyone. You are able to do many things with this cord. My oldest daughter uses this cord on her computer everyday. I need to buy another one for my other daughter so she can utilize it also. I plan on buying two more cords for my other children.

The new Lightning chargers seem to have more of a sleeve where the cord exits the plugs, leading to better longevity from fraying. Always works as expected, as should any OEM product.

What can you say, it's an Apple lightning cable. It does what it is supposed to do, and it will probably fail sometime in the future. In my experience, the original Apple cables tend to last longer than aftermarket, even the new braided cables which are purported to be high quality, but sadly never last. Best Buy was offering these at a competitive price to generic, so selection of this was a no brainer,

Don't waste money on the knock-offs that stop working or don't charge as fast, the few extra dollars is worth it. I have bought several extra of these for our cars, office, and home.

Very happy with the product and got it on sale. I got this as a replacement for my daughters iPhone and I puchased the insignia for a spare for the family van. Also a good purchase.

It's a power cord and does just that. If you need power and want to look like you have enough money to buy Apple instead of some off-brand charger, then this is the product for you.

I had to buy this cord to replace the one that came with a new cell phone. This cord works great I hope it last longer than the original cord did. It only lasted about two months.

Worked great but didn't last very long. For the price, it should last much longer. Mine only lasted about a month, then had to be replaced. I have since been purchasing much less expensive imported Lightning-to-USB cables and getting about same lifespan...

Apple is the best. Phone charges really fast. Would recommend to use the generic one.

I've learned the hard way that cables for my iPhone, etc. need to be genuine Apple products, not third-party. This cable is just what I needed, and performs just as I expected.

It is durable and price wise. It have tried other cheaper brand but it didnt last.

Purchased as a replacement because my kitty thought it was a toy for her to chew on! It's an Apple accessory for an Apple product, so it works just fine. No problems with it yet.
