This was to replace a cord that no longer connected well; so it works well.

Never had a problem with an apple product working with another apple product. Unlike buying generic chargers that say they are compatible and then no longer work.

Love this cable charger except the wire is a bit thin and is easily pulled and stretched and then there is connection issues. Should be more stronger to last longer.
