This cable is just what you would expect from Apple, not super durable, but it'll get the job done for a few months.

I tried to save money in the past with generic plugs but they just stop working one day for no reason.

Needed extra cable for charging iPhone and this is just the right product. Can't go wrong with Apple in my opinion

Sure you can buy cheaper versions of this wire and would work, but for how long? I’ve been cheap and bought other versions of this wire but although the original is a bit more expensive.... it will last you a lot longer than buying a bunch of imitation ones that aren’t as good a quality

You need this things at diffrent locations through out your house. IT makes your life so much easier.

I need a cord, all the other cords that I bought broke or stopped working. But for the price I was paying I see why.

Needed an OEM cable for otter box, because only original cable connector is small enough to work. So far, so good.

I purchase all my accessories from best buy because of their convenient location. It is always good to have a spare!

Apple cable is a better quality cable than the cheap ones that are available but by the time you get a couple of cheap ones, you could have gotten one good one. Only reason for 4 star vs. 5 is the price.

It's a lightning cable alright. Does what it is supposed to do. It just ends up missing sometimes or stolen. A hot commodity among people that aren't sure if it was theirs or not.

Plug and play work fine just the right length. Can't really say more than that.

The Apple USB lightning cord isn't the greatest, as the ends will fray and probably eventually break. But it beats the competition due to better and longer lasting connecting pins. When other cords start causing issues like making the phone switch from charging to not charging over and over, or causing your phone to give you an error message about compatibility, you will wish you had just spent the extra $$ and gotten this version.

This is an OEM cord and is better quality than the off brand cord I am replacing it with. The off brand cord lasted about 4 months but, was half the cost. I hope that this cord last longer than the of brand. Please Note: I am selecting "Yes" to recommend it to a friend because of the potential quality increase, compared to the off brand but; It was a hard sale, due to the added cost.

Bought this to just leave plugged into the back of my computer. Should've gotten the shorter one but this works good

The iphone USB 2.0 Cable fits into my LifeProof case connector. This is not possible with non-original USB cables.

Have re-purchased this cord several times for our home...works dependably!

When I had an older model iphone that didn't require the lightning, every after market cable worked. Now, the only good one is the Apple one. Don't waste your money buying one on Ebay or any other site. You will need a new one soon. Just buy the apple one and dont' use it while charging to avoid stretching it out or ruining it.

I have purchased other cables from other brands to charge my iPhone and I have to say that this cable works the best.
