I've shopped around for the Apple Lightning Cable. You usually end up with a cable that isn't compatible to your unit. Well don't worry these work fine, they're Apple.

I purchased some non-Apple cables and the did not work on my iPod air and worked on a limited basis on my iPhone 6. Bought Apple cables and all of the problems were solved.

I needed a replacement cable to charge my iPad Air and this Is exactly what I needed. The end fits tightly in to the iPad and the three foot length is perfect for my needs.

Nothing works like the authentic apple cord! I have a Life Proof case for my iPhone and this is the only cord that will work with it. The others will not fit properly.

I have 4 grandsons ages 4,4, 5, and 6 who are constantly needing their IPads charged. The connection to charge an IPad is at the bottom and if the boys are using an app that does not allow the screen to flip the cord gets bent when they are holding the IPad on their lap. I've thrown out so many cables from other manufacturers that didn't last a month. Apple cables are stronger, more durable and the connection fits through all of the iPad protection cases unlike the cheaper cables. Well worth the difference in price when comparing it to the cheaper made cables.

Ive bought a few replacement cords to charge my phone and they always break fast and stop working!! Just skip all the wasted time. This cord is the best and most reliable.

This cord is dependable and in my experience lasts longer than any other brand or no-name charge cord. We use a lot of phones in my household, so we rely on these to work!

I have tried cheap lightning cables and they have not worked out so well for me. The OEM cables are the best I have found so far. I still have issues with them after awhile which I am dissappointed in. If I have to pay this much it should last at least a year or more.

Bought off brands and they always either broke quickly or wouldn't charge do to being knock offs Since I purchase the real one, no problems getting my devices charged

I have always recommended that if you own an Apple product then you should purchase only Apple cables and chargers. Anything else is garbage and will ruin your equipment.

I have bought the knockoff version of the iphone charging cord and I always find that the Apple product works so much better! Stick with what works!

It does it's job and is cheaper than the longer cord. If you want apple products to last though you better take good care of it and not just let it lie on the outlet all day and put it in your pocket since apple products break very easily especially the wiring.

Other cords are ok to use for connections, but if anything goes wrong because of the cord, you want an apple cord on the phone for warranty purposes.

Have tried off brands and other types off eBay and Amazon, and these are the only ones that last for more than a few weeks, if lucky enough to get that out of the others.

I've used aftermarket products on my apple products and had lots of issues in the past. I now only buy Apple products for my iPhone, iPod, iPad, iMac and Appletv.

This cord held up very well after a ton of use. Both my sons used it until we finally got another. We use is for many devices so we ended up needing several. It's handy.

We prefer to buy only the apple cords due to the fact they always work right and are for all our products. It never gives strange static and last if taken care of.

Simply put, this is the right cable for the job. The case on my iPhone 5 only accepts the thin Apple lightning connector side and it charges my phone like a champ. A+
