I'm not a fan of iPhone 5 chargers one bit, but it's nothing against you guys.

New cord. So far, so good. Will not know how good for quite a while.

I only use Apple products for charging, to avoid the problems a couple weeks later. This cable meets my needs and doesn't cause me headaches.

These are better than the knock off brands. they work and fit better in the I phones. A bit more expensive, but the best for your phone.

Needed a new cable as the old split. Works very well to charge the phone quickly at home and in the truck

I use this in my car to charge and play music through usb but wish it was more durable. No matter how gentle I am (even bought a holder thing so I'm not putting it in the cup holder cable side down) the weak point where the cable connects to the lightening connector always breaks. I go through one every 9 months or so....

I've found the Apple cables work best w/ Apple products. I've tried cheaper nonApple cables but they stop working after awhile. Worth paying extra upfront.

You can’t go wrong with a legit apple charger it charges your phone pretty quick be sure to use the correct cube for a faster charger.

The extra cord length makes this cord great for being able to use your device while charging it. Authentic apple cords are the best ones for longevity.

i recently bought an extra charge cord for my phone, happy with it.

I have tried aftermarket iPhone cables, but they always have trouble staying connected. I will always buy this lightning cable going forward.

Always good to have an extra usb for my iphone - glad Best Buy carries Apple now. Generic brands don't seem to work well or last if they do initially.

We have the Lifeproof case that will only work with Apple branded cords. The off brands are too thick for the opening. These are nice and last a long time.

Everyone knows that kids are hard on cords and mine put them to the test. I get double or more the life out of one of the apple cords for ipads opposed to using a cheaper brand. Yes you will spend more to start but you will save in the long run.
