I used to buy all my cords at gas stations or convenience stores. They didn't work consistently well but they were cheap. You get what you pay for

Apple replacement parts are expensive. Just a fact of life. But as an Apple loyalist, I know what I get myself into. After my original iPhone charging cable bit the dust after near 3 years of use, I needed a replacement. There are other options that are slightly cheaper, but I felt safe going with an Apple original cable. I was actually surprised. It seems more durable, less flexible, and thicker than the one that came with my phone. This is great for somebody that is constantly taking their charger on-the-go.

Of course this product is the best, it's a legit Apple item so you don't have to worry about your phone messing up with the aftermarket products.

I was told apple products are the only ones to purchase for iphone assessories. Hope I'm right because these are made by other companies cheaper.

Best product to charge an iPhone. I had use other product from different brands to charge my phone and it did not work as great as the apple product.

Don't spend 5 dollars every now and then on generic cables. Just get an APPLE Certified cable and it will last you longer in the end! totally worth it

I have been a fan of Apple Products for the longest of time and from experience its better to use the chargers Apple manufacturers for their products.

The shorter cord version, which I have, is excellent for laptops or portable chargers. If you prefer a longer cord, get it; however, I prefer to have both.

I use my Apple USB cable with my car charger to keep me on the go! Now I don't have to worry about running out of battery and it charges super fast!

I only use the things for my equipment and only use apple cords for Apple products ,I hear other cords will wreck battery life in Apple products.

You cannot go wrong by buying Apple Lightning cable rather than off brand. These always last for me for at least 1-3 years even with heavy usage.

I have tried to save money in the past by purchasing imitation accessories for my iPhone. Never again! When I need accessories, I always purchase the Apple brand. I have had numerous imitation accessories malfunction and/or break. The only problem I have ever had with Apple accessories is my constant use wearing them out. Stick with the best.

This was bought to replace an old one. I've not had good luck with aftermarket charges. I try to always buy Apple to replace them.

When you buy Apple products you know that it will work and last, unlike third party products. So don't waste your money and just get the real thing!

Perfect charge every time. Only glitch I have found is that due to the length, the cable can bunch near the connector shortening the life of the cable.

When getting a charger cord for an apple phone I always recommend an apple cord! It fits all phone cases and is made specifically for your phone!

Our previous charging cord was getting old and no longer working with our phone. So far the new cord is working well as expected.

For just a basic cable it is expensive. I got it on sell instead of paying the regular price of $21. It comes with the cable only.

I have tried several other cheaper cables but they all either don't work when you get them or fail very quickly. there is no shortcut to quality.
