The original Apple lighting cable is exactly as the one I received when purchasing my iPhone, so if you need a spare, this is perfect.

I really love it when I can walk into a store and purchase what I need... When I need it!!! It is important to me for items to be in stock. I needed cords for my computer and my phone.... Best Buy had both in stock and I was able to catch my flight back to medical school and not stress from running all over town trying to find the item that I needed. I was able to have my class the following day after I returned back to school. I also didn't have to worry about whether the cords could be sent and arrive in time from an internet purchase. They were in STOCK!!!

This power cable for the iPhone is worth the money vs the cheaper versions. The cheaper versions crack and don't stay together..this cable is awesome!

Charging cord has substantial length to make it easy to plug and use.

I always like apple products. I was in desperate need of a charger for my car and needed a USB cord. I stop at best buy and was in and out in no time.

It's easy to find third party chargers for iPhones, but the problem with buying those is they eventually stop working. What's more is that with the newer iPhones, it's even harder to find third party ones for a steal that will actually work past a time or two. At this point, it's easier to go with an actual apple charging cord. And that's exactly what this is. You don't have to worry about a third party charger voiding your warranty or apple care, nor do you have to take off your case just to make that third party charger fit all the way. Simple as that.
