    These cables are not as good as they used to be. The end near the lightning connector gets a kink in it quite easily. Have already replaced one of each of the iPhones we have.

    I wanted to replace my product that i paid for the replacement plan for, bb does not carry a comparable product and would not order a replacement. I had to accept a lesser product and settle for store credit to make up the over $100 difference. I would have upgraded if possible but had to down grade and accept less than i need with store credit after i have paid actual money for a product and a guarantee. I had to pay $40 for the guarantee to receive a far inferior product.

    I had lost my iPhone power cord and had previously purchased another brand. After about 6 months the connection to the iPhone became sporadic. I checked the internet and found out that quite often the connections with cords other than apple branded items do fail, so I was put in a position to purchase the higher priced apple item...oh well.
