I never thought I would say but apple, but having bought three, yes three, other brands including one stocked by Best Buy, I found they weren't charging or connecting to the iPhone. Same challenge with the iPad. So yes, stick with apple. You get what you pay for.

I had to a need for another charger cable, but the other one I had received considerable work and wires are coming loose. AT&T was charging the same price for a third-party cable.

I only use Apple products to charge my products because they last and work great.

It is strong and long exactly what I needed. I even got one for my son who destroys corrs and it latest 3months.

After trying many off brands that often times don't work consistently with iPhones, the extra money for a true Apple product pays off. Shouldn't cost so much but it works.

It works well. Typical Apple quality. Its length is good for for close plug in range for charging.

Most of us take our phones with us everywhere we go as it serves as so much more than a phone. As such, we put that little device to work and that puts drain on it. We don't always remember to bring our power cord and along for the ride. Unfortunately the phones don't come with an "extra" power cord. Fortunately, we can purchase an extra one and charge it up with the aid of an extra cord you can keep at work or car (or both).

This is a very nice piece of technology. Not supprising as it is an apple product. But with that comes a significant increase in cost. There are less expensive products that I have not tried, but I tend to try to stick with the apple products to avoid issues.
