The cord works like it should I always brought other cheap cords and never lasts.So I bought this one knowing if I have a problem apple will replace it.

I had to buy a new cord, to replace the original cord that came with my I-pad pro. The cord had very little use on it, there is no visible damage to the original cord. At $20 a pop, having to buy one every 3 months would be ridiculous, and expensive. I hope the original cord was a fluke and this one has a much longer life than the original cord. The cord on my 2013 MacBook Pro is original, looks like it went through World War 3, and it still works like a champ.

All of the after market iPhone charging cords that I have tried end up malfunctioning. These apple cords work the best with no aggravation!

At my house Lightening to USB cables never seem to last due to my kids yanking/pulling on the wires to unplug them instead of grabbing the end where it plugs into the phone. Seems like the ones produced under the Apple name may last slightly longer.

I often feel weird about using other chargers because they seem slower, or like they destroy my battery, so I stick with the Apple ones.

The cord is good for a year or so until it starts ripping apart from the seams.

This is the best charger for the iphone, it is worth paying extra since if you buy the other ones it would break at some point while this one lasts longer.

I needed a lightening to USB cord to charge up my iPhone in my car. I chose this Apple devise because most Apple products I trust to be durable and work.

Forget buying from Amazon or eBay where you get counterfeit USBs. This is original Apple product my phone gets a full charge within a half hour.

Does what it needs to do they don’t last long though.
