    Sometimes I've had trouble with buying knock off 'compatible' iphone cards so buying directly from Apple is the safest bet. I bought this when it was on sale so decided to get one.

    This item was purchased because it was believed to be a necessity. It is way over priced, normal for Apple products. This is no reflection on the quality of service and personnel at Best Buy, which were excellent.

    I needed a cable quickly, so I went to BB to get it. MY phone would not charge with my old cable. It's a apple product so no problem. Price was same as apple store or online.

    Needed to replace some older cords. Have gone generic in the past, but have read that can possibly cause damage to my devices. And, even though they are cheaper, it seems like the generic cables don’t last as long. I wish the price was a little lower, but it is nice to know I am using authorized items for my Apple devices.
