Brand name always works. You can’t go wrong just buying the name brand.

I needed extra cable so I can use it with my power bank to charge 2 devices at the same time. I also love it because i can use it in my car to charge my phone or connect it to carplay.

Good length for the car but not so practical in the house of office. Apple overprices their accessories but they engineer it so that generic cords don't always work with their phones.

Bought this to keep in the console of my road trip car. Works like a charm. Perfect length to keep my iPhone plugged in while using it in an air vent phone holder.

I have never had trouble using this item, however, the cord itself can get frayed after multiple years of use. It does the job fine and should be kept away if not in use so you prolong its life.
