I have bought many generic cables for the myriad of I-Pads and I-Phones around the house, but they all eventually fail- won't charge, will not synch etc. Only the genuine Apple cable seems to work reliably, 100% of the time.

My Apple iPhone 8 which I only had for 4 months would not hold a charge. I automatically thought I needed a new battery. I called Apple & made an appointment to see if they would put a new one in for me. Apple checked and told me I didn't need a new battery. I hadn't brought my Lightning cable with me so Apple was unable to check it for me. When I came home I tried using another charger as told to try & and discovered that was that was what I needed. I didn't want to drive back to the Apple store in Tampa so I went to Best Buy in Clearwater. I was up and running in less than 20 minutes and the best part was Best Buy matched a price I found at Target. Can't beat the employees at best Buy and their knowledge and courtesy.

The Apple charging cable works well with my iPhone and iPad, as advertised. It replaces a non Apple cable that wasn’t working.

This cable does its job well. BUT, it's way too expensive at Best Buy. I love this store, but the mark up in this is too high.

This does what it needs to, but the plastic outer covering over the wires tends to crack about a year after usage.

This Apple 3.3' Lightening to USB Cable is sturdy and a perfect length. The price was fair, especially considering that it is an Apple brand product. I've tried off brand ones and they were not as well made.

Great cable to use in my vehicle. Almost wish it was shorter for what I need, but is still works great and I can move it anywhere I need it. A little expensive for what it is, but all Apple products are.

It is just a replacement OEM lightning charging cable that I purchased, but I think that it is overpriced. The jacket on my original cable started to split at the 8-pin connector end, and shortly afterwards, the cable failed to function (probably due to broken wires). Maybe a better strain relief would help, or a better design, or maybe my cable was flawed. I’m not sure if a third party cable would be any better.

Replacing a defective USB which was provided with APPLE Product. Not Happy had to purchase item so soon after Item was new , but not willing to wait to hear from Supplier if any other concerns. I guess you get forced into spending extra $$$$$$$ when they do not use common connectors -- Life of being an APPLE User --- yeah , IT Sucks but not getting rid of phone because of charger cord

I thought it didn’t make a difference no matter of the cord to use but it really does look or allows me to charge up my products a lot faster than standard USB cords

One thing Apple needs to do is make their cords last longer. Mine was frayed and I couldn't use it anymore. I had to buy printer ink so I knew I could get a new one at Best Buy. They had it in several lengths.

Apple cords always seem to work well. However much more expensive than others

Needed a cable to keep in the car for phone charging. Unlike some of the convenience store products, this one is high quality construction at an affordable price.

Got this for my 6 year old grandson iPad, on Deal of the day... It charges his iPad as expected and for the price was a steal

It’s Apple - it has to be the best. Doesn’t it? I was wanting a shorter one but, they don’t make ‘em. Oh, well.

Just what I needed and long enough to reach from the power strip to the shelf my pad and phone rest on to charge overnight.

Apple product is always a good buy to pair with apple product. apple product is great quality and you are sure it will work and last for use for the price you pay for the product

Works does the job if you don’t mind paying the Apple premium

This is basic as is a good cable for lightning connection. You can be sure that it’s going to work till it breaks different from other cables (not apple cerrified) that still in good condition but simple don’t work.
