While more expensive than some other brands I tend to have the best experience keeping my phone charged with Apple products

The iPhone cable of iPhone cables

Cannot beat OEM product

It's not going to last as long as the other aftermarket brand. But Apple use software to control you to spend more money on their products. Apple use a software to detect the current flow through your charge port to your battery. So your battery is no directly connect to charging port. I find this Apple lighting cable is the only cable that will charge your phone in a long run; even not going to last long. So just give Apple the $20 for this cable if you want to charge your iPhone, iPad, and many Apple products.
