It’s a lightning cord and had no issues with it. It did stop working after about a year. For the price it would’ve been nice if it lasted a little longer.

Like all other lightning cables, it works until it doesn't. I have bought a dozen and they always break.

Replacement cable for Apple phone. Must be very thin wire inside. Use in car to connect to radio. Cable usually goes bad after a while.

Cord will be done in 6 months seems that each cords has the same problem but yet Apple hasnt fixed issue. Just expects customers to buy 2 or 4 cords every two years.

Bought this replacement for my original cable that came with my iphone6 (yes, that cable lasted a long time, my husband's original cable still works!). But to my extreme disappointment this Best Buy purchased Apple cable listed at $19.99 only lasted from Dec. 17, 2019 to July 13, 2020. Time to pay less for knockoff cables which could last even longer than 7 months...sad!

Cord is standard cord, length as described. I doubt that this will last any longer than the prior ones. The cable covering comes apart where it attaches to the phone.

Apple certified chargers should not be this expensive. Overall a good product but not worth the price tag.

I’m so sick and tired of purchasing these cords because they come apart. My husband has had his Samsung for a year with one cord why am I constantly purchasing new cords

This item is necessary to best charge an iPhone. However, construction is weak with connection areas regularly breaking and fraying. Not much durability to this item.

This is a replacement of Apple lightning charger that failed—frayed around plug after multiple uses. You just have to accept it if you want genuine lightning cords.

We all have Apple devices in our household and these cables do not seem to last very long. It seems like we are replacing one cable or another every few months.

Apple needs to up their game with these cords that always break or stop working. Other then that last longer then some of these third party brands.

I really don’t understand why Apple charging cords are this expensive?! Should be 1/4th the price.

We obviously need these however they easily wear down and begin to damage with minimal time. Wish the outer cable material was more durable

I was going out of town on a girls trip and decided to purchase another charger for y phone instead of taking my home charger. I made this purchase from my local Best Buy. I never opened the charger, only packed it in my suitcase. When I got to Florida, I realized this doesn’t charge my phone nor does it support any of my Apple products. I vacationed in FL for 5 days and when I returned home and tried to exchange of course I was denied. I won’t say it was Best Buy because it was an apple product, I will say the customer service wasn’t great.

I had the charger for a year and i hace difficult charging my phone at times. I don’t know if that’s their value up to a year.

I think the cables are just ok. i am relacing one that has frayed in the middle. sometimes i feel that they just dont charge my products any longer.

Purchased another lightning cable to replace one that has work out. I’ll be back again in a few months to replace this one. I hope it lasts a bit longer.

Works, but I wish apple would make these cords a little more heavy duty. They seem to breakdown after a year in a production environment.
