I been buying cheap chargers now I have a good charger from Best Buy

disappointed, I had Best Buy as a reference in good stores, I always bought my products from this store, TV, Smart Vacum Robot, drone. But I was there to buy a simple cable, as it is for personal use I don't care much about the box and I bought an open box, below is the photo. It's clear that someone put a used, non-original and non-working cable in the box, but how did the store not see this and still put it up for sale? And I go back to the store and hand over this cable and say what? What was this one I bought? The person answering will look at my face and laugh. Unfortunately, a simple iPhone 10 box cable broke our relationship… Disappointed

I really needed this because my other charger was coming apart badly.

I bought this cable to replace an older one that stopped working. After about 3 months this one stopped working. Wouldn’t recommend buying any Apple branded cables.

I ordered this Apple product as an "opened package item" in excellent condition. That being said, the item I received was clearly not an Apple product. I will be returning this item the first opportunity I get. I will no longer purchase from the "open package" again.

For the price of Apple Products, an for the new phones & watches to not come with a charger box. At least the cord can be longer, for people to able to use on bed. A waste of money
