Not at all happy with this cable cord!!!! Did not last long for the price , just because it's Apple doesn't mean it's great , because it was only fair !

Much like every apple charging cord, I'm sure it'll fail much sooner than it should. But it was needed and works. I normally don't buy apple brand cords but needed one and was already at best buy.

No problem with this charger, I just wish apple would make it a little more durable knowing kids use it for iPads and iPhones. I bought a case logic one from another discount store and it’s longer, half the price and works just fine

This cable is not a good material to purchase because of it poor quality in of it life span

I am not sure if it is an apple product. It stopped charging my phone a week after purchase. I had my phone checked out and it wasn’t my phone.

Neither of the cords worked but I had thrown away the boxes so did not return. The metal on the connectors appeared dingy and discolored. I wondered if they were already a previous return/ resell.

I’ve only had the charger 10days and now it’s not working. I figured even though the cord was discounted it would still work. I tried plugging it into other outlets and it still does not work.

I love Apple products, but for some reason these cables do not last a whole year. You have to be constantly getting new ones, it gets to a point that is frustrating. I really wish that Apple makes a better version of this.

It’s your typical Apple Lightning cable (for better or for worse). You know it will work out of the box but it might last you about 6 months before the cable starts fraying again and you’re back to buying another one.

Troubled that I had to replace the original cable for my iPhone that should not have separated near the Lightning Charging Cable. Overpriced for 3.3 foot charging cable.

I just got this charger two months ago. It's suppose to be the best one because os an original apple iPhone 6s plus charger. But it's already malfunctioning. The charging feature is on and off.

Lightning cables work for a while, but then all start to fail. They're too expensive, and don't last like a USB cable would work. Unfortunately, they're a requirement...

Cheap and not likely to last more than a couple months of typical use. Apple should be ashamed of how they treat their loyal customers. I'm so glad I'm an Android user.

Didn’t last. Way too expensive. Would not buy again. I got a couple of months use when the ends frayed. Shrink wrap wouldn’t save them.

Does what it is supposed to do, but eye-wateringly expensive relative to other makes. However, since Apple regularly rejects any cables but their own, your stuck with the monopoly.

stopped working within 2 months. This was my car charger so it wasn’t moved, twisted, etc to cause this to happen

This is the second usb cord I’ve bought within a year and every time it gets close to a month is starts to crack around the piece that goes inside the charging port. It charges fine it’s just this one problem.

This cord does not work and I didn’t bring it back because I threw away the box I don’t even think this is the real apple I think this is fake like the ones they be selling on the street

As everyone knows you pretty much need an Apple-branded charger to charge an older iPhone...at least you do with mine (a 6+). I have tried using other non-Apple charging cables and get error messages so I am stuck having to use Apple cables which in my opinion do not hold up over time if you use your phone with it plugged in. If you just leave your phone untouched while charging and don’t handle it much, it’s probably ok. My experience is that the end of the cable that plugs into the phone cracks and frays over time.

Nice charging cable, obviously it’s Apple. Also designed to not last more than 3 months so you have to turned around and spend another $20 or $30 for a new one after this one falls apart.
