As long as you charge your phone properly it will last a while. Granted apple products can break easily but sometimes we as people can be super lazy and impatient by forcing the charger off the outlet for example .

The charging cable was just what I needed. My old cable in the car was "bad". The Apple brand name cords last much longer than others. The 3.3 ft cable is much better for the space in a car.

It’s a lightning cord. It works great. Best cord I’ve ever had to this point. It’s matches phone cause it’s white. Much better than those green ones that clash with some phones.
