Disappointed with iPhone 13 Pro

Bought only iPhones, iPads and MacBooks until now. I am so disappointed with the iPhone 13 Pro because it came without a charger or headphones. I went home and the phone "died" on me with no way to recharge the battery. Even BestBuy failed to tell me that I needed a charger. Now all the USB chargers at home are useless!! When Apple focuses on profits and nickels and dimes you with extra costs, is time to look elsewhere for your tech.
