Apple cables seem to work better than the generic equivalent. They cost a little more, but definitely worth it.

Many of the cheap charging cords do not work on my iPhone. Always says does not support this device and stops the charging process. This cord works perfectly every time. Love it. Highly recommend. Thanks

This is for the charger I bought plus the it needed with it . Cause it would be useless without this cable . I need it same time with the charger . Combination charger and cable it is require too .

Not sure why apple sells the adapter and the wire separately. I think it's a rip off to be honest. However if I were to rate this wire, it's obviously a no brainer - everything from apple is great quality.

Who needs to go to the apple store when you can get the same charger from Best Buy, with a discount!!! The quality is equivalent to the one purchased in apple.

I have a few of these all over the house and in our cars. They work great and charge a lot faster. Not as fast as a USB-C lightning cable but better than other brands.
