Horrible curbside service

Best Buy offers curbside pickup but they don't want to follow through. I showed up and waited 25 minutes at curbside. Called Best Buy and they couldn't help me. Couldn't go into store. Finally I had to leave. Then they charged me for the item and said I picked up! So disappointed. Don't offer curbside if you can't perform the duties.

New cord

Phone charging cord
