Although Apple is frustrating in requiring purchase of adapters whenever there is a new generation of product, this is exactly what you need connect your iPhone 8 to a new MacBook Pro.

I use this cable to connect my iPhone to my MacBook Pro. It is a substantial cable and connects easily. I do wis Apple still used the MagSafe for connecting. Simply does its job.

Had to get new cables as my car only supports USB-C outlets, so that's a bummer, but these are good standard cables to charge Apple devices

These work well for fast charging if you have the right adapter

Just another a cable you will need as you transition from the "old" USB to the new USB C. Especially if you have a newer Mac Book.

I bought this to connect to my iPod touch and the MacBook Pro for data transfer as well as update devices. It is even longer than the Lightning cord that came with the iPod touch.

My dog chewed the cord that came with my iPhone so I got this to use with the the block. It is a good way to get a genuine apple product without going to Apple store.

Very convenient cable - should have come with the iPhone X in the box. You can charge your iPhone and AirPods directly using your iPad Pro, or use the MacBook charger.

Only the best quality! Apple should include these in their boxes with the devices but if you're lucky you can find them on sale thru Best Buy. I would not recommend buying knock offs.
