    It’s a lightning cable from Apple. More expensive, but better than risking my phone with a cheap cable.

    The only problem with the usb-c cord is that it’s difficult to pull out of my computer, I don’t anticipate it lasting a long time with the amount of force required to unplug it. Unfortunate that with the MacBook Pro you don’t have a choice
