    The product works great but when I purchased it I was trying to get help and the two works where to worried about what was on there phone to help me as I stood there close to them so I picked the wrong one the first time and had to make another trip to exchange it and that person was a great help she went and got me the correct one.

    If you're looking at this, then like me you probably have a newer Mac with USB-C connections. If you've done your homework and this is what you need USB-C to Lightning, then this product works. It was exactly what I needed, connects both to my USB-C Mac and to my iPhone XS. It's an Apple product so over priced but I personally prefer genuine products over second-hand products.
