    There definitely is a difference with using the usb-c to charge an Apple device. I only gave 4 stars though, because I have yet to notice if it actually charges faster than a regular cable.

    I originally bought this adapter to use with the USB-C charger that I use for travel. It works really well. Then I found out that I can also use it with my USB-C gaming headset, transfer files from my windows-based laptop, and charge my Logitech Crayon. Talk about functionality!
