The only concern I have with Apple cables is their long term durability. They can weaken too readily at the junction points. I’ve used electrical shrink wrap tubes, heated with an electric hair dryer, in those areas to provide greater long term wear. So far they have been more durable as a result. Why can’t Apple do so?

Great cable for fast charging iPhone or iPad Pro
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Apple USB-C to lightning cable works perfectly to fast charge really any iPhone or iPad using a lighting connection. I have been using this and a 29W USB-C Apple charger and it quickly charged both my iPhone and iPad Pro. Took less than half the usual time. I would not recommend using an aftermarket cable like other sellers post, as you don’t want to have any warranty issues.

Made by Apple. I had to ask the sales associates to find it though because none were on the floor and their website said it was in stock. Took them a while to find it for me. There are 2 lengths for this cord. I like longer ones but they weren’t in stock so I got the shorter one.
