I like that I can use my MacBook charger now to charge my iPad and iPhone. It’s not as flexible as the OEM cable and it’s expwnsive, even by Apple standards, thus my 4 star rating.

Works great! Nowadays I don't even mess around. Whenever I buy a power cable I test it to see if it pushes AT LEAST 2A's....if it doesn't, it goes back to the store the same day! Save yourself the trouble with going with hit-or-miss substitutes, go out and get the a USB C to Lightening cable from Apple.

you get a new iPhone, you get a new Macbook, and surprise, you cannot connect them together with a cable out of the boxes. this is the fix, but it shouldn't be. this problem has existed for years, Apple should have fixed it by now. how much more expense would it add to a $1300 laptop to throw an additional $20 cable in there?

This original Apple cable is a win for my new iPad Pro. Most people will tell you to buy the cheaper cables because they don't cost as much as the Original Apple cables. However I have always found these last a long time and do the job. So while others may be cheaper, they also will not last as long at times and are cheaply made.

Apple always stands for its brand! All Apple products are high quality with a nice looking design. This is just a cable, but it can carry a fast charge to your iOS devices and very durable. The price is on a high end, but it’s a good investment for a long run. Highly recommend to stay with Apple OEM products.

I know the Apple products are more expensive, but this specific charger is worth it. I can tell a difference in the life of my battery when I use this vs. another charger. This charger: my battery lasts 48 hours. Another charger: my battery lasts 24 max, but usually much less.

Great charging cable for iPhone 11 and newer Ipads.

Given there are no usb outlets on the Macbooks, this is a very necessary adapter. By using this, all usb peripherals work just fine. It is a strong cord and will hold up. A lot of things are wireless but this is a must have for emergencies and instant connect when wireless is being difficult. OEM apple product so will hold up.

I recently found out that my iPhone 8 has quick-charge capability, but Apple packs in a standard 5W USB power adapter with the phone. You'll need at least an 18W adapter to take advantage of the quick-charge functionality. Purchase this and a Lightning-to-USB-C cable in order to quick-charge your compatible Apple device.

Honestly these chargers aren’t expensive anymore and compared to the terrible ones sold at general stores this particular one is absolutely perfect. I use the usb c so it supports fast charging and it works really well! I also like it because I can plug it straight into my MacBook Pro without the need for a dongle!

Charging my phone/iPad from my Mac charging brick helps cut down on the number of cables in my bag. Just wish it wasn’t so expensive for a cable.

Lightning cable with USB-C works as advertised. And the C connection can be inserted either way. It makes downloading super fast also. My first time purchasing from Best Buy and it was impressive. Knowledgeable sales people and terrific inventory. I will shop there again and recommend them to friends and family. Alaska Jack
