I'm sure this works fine, but perhaps I was misinformed at the store & also by the online chat attendant ... Purchased this for my daughter to directly transfer pictures from her iPhone to an external hard drive & it is not working at all. Not sure why.

this is equivalent to the 1m one from apple. Just go with whichever one has the better deal on the day or is more conveniently located honestly. I just wish it had a two way head that could pop on and off but still be connected, so if we wanted to use it on a USB A device we could (ie car hookup, laptop, etc)

I like the fast charging feature but after a few days it broke off into my ipad and that’s not the first one to do so.

I don’t seem to have any luck with these charge cables. They always end up breaking…

Excellent product, as you would expect from Apple. My only complaint is that the joins to the two connectors should be reinforced or otherwise adapted for the amount of strain they will receive in use. The current design seems to incorporate planned obsolescence so replacements will be needed.

After 1 month of use my phone accidentally fell while it was charging and the cable broke. Unfortunately, I could not exchange it or claim it under warranty because it was considered a physical damage

Gee,the car maManufacturers need to get on board with USB-C. I needed the plug-in so I could charge my phone but I needed an adapter with a regular USB so I could charge my phone in the car

It's not that long, of you need something for a desk or work type, it's a little money than that basic, but not long enough to be convenient.

Average Apple cable that ends up ripping at both ends over extended use.

I came into the Best Buy Covington, Louisiana store and staff was able to help me find exactly what I need very quickly since I didn’t have much time. It was just what I needed in a serving his purpose well.

I bought this USB C Charger in an emergency because I had left the one I use in my other car so I ordered it online to pick up at the store and it only cost me $13.59 because there was $2 discounted deducted off the sale price and I had a Best Buy $5 coupon so I made the order and picked up my item at the store. 1 week later the tip of the charger came off. I am not rough with my charger when I disconnect them I just think this one was not QC tested

I have two portable chargers and needed a cord for my apple to use them. I thought this would work and its not the right one. ugh.

Chargers don't seem to last long. Manufacturers need to provide chargers that last longer.

Does what it’s supposed to do. Charges faster than regular lighting cord.

Not sure what the deal is with these cables. The last two I’ve brought have lasted about three months each. They both have come apart on the device end. Never had one that didn’t last at least a year or more. I’ll see how this one does but if it does same thing I’ll jump up to the braided ones.

Works fine, cable ended up splitting after a few months and only uses on a desk.
