tax exempt status

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i have no issue with this product but i have an issue with best buy - because i have a tax exempt status that is NEVER honored and am constantly being asked to renew and present forms. and only online. you should have me in your system and i should not be asked REPEATEDELY to submit my tax exempt status. i have been buying there for decades.

Charging cable

However when I want to charge my iPad, it doesn’t charge it at all. Now I have to get another charging cable for my iPad.

No good x old models

Is possible that is too old the phone but my oldest have the same model w the original cable and works fine

I bought this 3 months ago and it suddenly stopped working. Best Buy won't exchange. Do yourself a favor and buy directly from Apple. At least you'll have a 1 year warranty in case of malfunction.
