Very expensive single charging block…

Yesterday one of the two ports just quit charging. So, now I have a very expensive single charging block. It lasted exactly 3 weeks, charging 1 phone daily and 1 Apple Watch every other day. It doesn’t really seem overworked… I’m going to attempt to exchange it tomorrow.

Sold a defective product that does not work.

I have tried it in multiple outlets with multiple devices. Best Buy sold me a $59 dud. Very disappointed and totally disgusted.

Charging time is not quick

I will still use the product, just not when I need to charge my devices in a pinch.

Promotion for 6 mo free Apple News and Music not so much. Music promo was redeemed without an issue, News promo link just goes to a blank page. Called support, said I would hear back within a few days. Nothing after 7. Called back and hold time was estimated at 15 minutes. First call I waited 20 minutes. Just noticed my return window is closing in a couple days. Returning tomorrow. It's a hassle and waste of time.

There are a lot of cheaper options but those options never last more than a year before they suddenly stop working. I have Apple bricks that are 15 years old and still work well.
