Though open box, good product. Works cool for my macbook pro.

I needed a replacement and you had it in stock. I do, however, hate Apple’s design that forces me to buy an entire replacement because the flimsy chord is the one fixed to the transformer.

Very good quality on apple stuffs but the bad side is very expensive !!

Or at least as good as the last one, and probably the same as the next one. If you need a new power cord because say, your cat eats them, then you should get one. I mean, make sure it works for your computer first.

We thought we'd save by buying a charger at a discount place online. It would charge to about 10% and then stop completely. Lesson learned - this authentic Macbook charger works great.

The power cord on my 2 year old Macbook Air finally gave up the ghost and would not connect. I spent only about 5 minutes in Best Buy as the computer sales person knew exactly what I needed. Thanks for being so efficient.

my previous power adapter suddenly quit working and I ran to BB and they had another adapter in stock. I was in and out of the store in 10 min. The Apple specialist were extremely helpful and knowledgable.

You cannot beat apple original chargers. Bought several cheaper brands online most of them lasted less than 6 months. One almost started fire!!! From now on always will buy apple charger for my laptops

I have a 2013 MacBook Air and the charger frayed so I needed a new one and I'm soooo happy that the new charger is the same size!

My wife's original power cord stop working, and i am so glad this replacement worked perfectly. She has an older airbook(2014-2015), and i am just glad Apple kept the same connector.

Charger is working fine, but the box and where the charger meets my laptop gets so hot to the point it shuts off till it cools down. I will be asking for a replacement. It worked fine until recently.

I love the convenience of BB. On the spur of the moment I needed a new power cord for my Mac. The Apple store is over a 1/2 hour away. Headed to BB 5 minutes away, no waiting, and they had one in stock. Thanks BB
