Awesome job on Best Buys part by supplying a fully functional open box charger to me. It's not a 5 though because I personally don't like these charger and I didn't know of any substitutes for it. I think they're too fragile for the price they are sold at. Again I don't blame this on Best Buy, the pricing and quality is mainly and probably only Apple's part. I would not recommend a friend to buy one of these if he has a for sure all around safe substitute for it.
