Apple MagSafe charger works as it should, still pricey for what it is. An aftermarket charger might be in the works when this one goes out.

Hard to find, but available at Best Buy. Charger is difficult to properly roll up and store. The cable connected to the main part easily breaks at the base if stored in a laptop bag

A usual Mac product with much thought and quality put into it. That be said the cord needs to be reinforced by the end where the most back and forth wear is so that is doesn't break.

I had a puppy that chewed through my cord and this was the only option for replacement at your store. Really Apple? $80 for a charging cord?! Are you serious? That's about 1/6 of the price for the entire MacBook!!! For a cord! But since my MacBook would be useless without it and I was in the middle of distance learning and had to have it for Zoom meetings with my students, I had no choice but to pay $80 for an extended cord.

But was told sometimes they come flawed from manufacturer. The one I exchanged it for. Btw no problems just brought it in and they exchanged it. Works beautifully!

I feel like these chargers are not up to the quality they used to be. The rubber feels softer and it just doesn’t last as long as it used to.

I needed a charger and stopped by Best buy to buy one. It works for what I needed it for and I guess there is nothing special or extraordinary about it but nothing bad for me to say either.

Apple products are great, but for the price paid on items there should be better quality in the products.

This power cord is just ok. I have found to get it to work I have to plug it in for a minute before connecting it to my Mac. This seems to be the only way it will work.

The box get EXTREMELY hot while using. Very scaryy

It is Apple and so high priced. I did not find an acceptable alternative that was not Apple.

Reliable and clean product. The original one I had bought was torn after 5 years and I had to buy a new one. Not 5 stars for the price, but it gets the job done.

The adapter works well but just not impressed that I have to buy one every 2 years. I wish they would last as long longer.

Charger will charge my computer but when I did a health check on the computer it said the charger was only 40w and needs 60w

I didn't have another choice other than buying a new power supply, the cord was damage, I highly recommend buying a protector rubber with every new adapter to avoid damage

Thought i needed, but ended up returning. So over priced. Don’t buy if you don’t need to.

The charger that came with my Mac Pro crapped out. I think the wires coming out of the plug in end finally parted. Bought this new charger, which is rated lower than my old one. Should mean a slower charge time, but so far I have not noticed. Also got a heavy cord to extend the charger which I did not need, but it was the only package my Best Buy had to replace my charger. So, I was forced to buy more than I wanted or needed.

I've had bad luck with these chargers. They seem to break pretty easily which is unfortunate because they are expensive.

replacement...wish it wasn't that way but it is nice to see them all shiny and new
