Terrible advice and customer service

Not only did I have to take time out of my workday but then the store did not accept phone calls. I ended up taking my business to apple where they know what they are taking about. SUPER FRUSTRATING

Bet Buy gave wrong information

I told the sales person that I only uses Word, Excel and Publisher. I questioned him 3 times on the card which did not list it on the front, but did have check marked on the back that Publisher was included. It wasn't. Best Buy will not return it.
