If you can't decide what to buy for a gift, an iTunes card is the ultimate gift. It doesn't matter if you like music, apps, television shows, or movies. An iTunes card can do it all.

Always nice to get iTunes gift card at a discount just weird that paying for a ITunes gift card with a Best Buy gift card doesn't work online but is no problem when doing it in store.

Serves its purpose, but a real hassle to check balance remaining. And, what if you use $5, and want to give the remaining $10 to someone else? They need an '800' like most gift cards.

Unfortunately I am still having to buy these Itunes cards. Wish someone would come out with a viable alternative to itunes. Not a fan of Apple products and their controlling methods.

I love apple gift cards but this was a hassle to get the digital version. I needed a lot of extra help and support from Best Buy. Found it easier to go into a store and buy a physical one but this was part of a larger promotion so what can you do. Love Apple just not sure if I’ll ever buy a digital gift card in the future.

I had to contact both Apple and Best Buy to get this card working. It shouldn't have been difficult, but something on Best Buys side went wrong. After two weeks apple finally activated the card.

there's a lot of songs that aren't popular that are hard to find... a lot of them were released on major record labels as well. great if you're into songs they play on the radio only

The clip on the holder broke within the first week of use. On top of this, I was charged for two of the items, and only received one. Not a great day at Best Buy. I live an hour away from the store, so it hasn't been convenient for me to even return to the store for a refund.- There was a customer service representative in appliances who was very nice, and the store has a great selection of items.. Just not a good day in the store on this particular day. I hope to go back soon to give them another chance to make things better.

Hard to use and Apple products are overpriced. I'd rather to buy Amazon gift cards, much more buying options

A card delivery source for the purchased sum is ok, but a more up-to-date method of delivering itunes credits directly to the purchaser would enhance the product experience

App store card was easy to redeem, there was an issue with digital delivery system which required calling support to get resolved.

I bought a gift card last nite and went home to redeem it well the problem to this was that it was already redeemed by someone else some how....

Since I loaded money onto my iTunes account I had an alright time downloading a few songs on my account, wish I could've had some more money but I was thankful to have what I had.

They did not activate the cards for my kids xmas gift. But already took the money to purchase them. Poor customer service via phone support to BEST BUY!!!!

Bought as a gift for daughter too young to have a credit card. Card was easy to add to her Apple account for purchases. Would be helpful if they were re-loadeable.

every digital download I have ever done threw Best Buy was terrible they take days to send your code out if ur even lucky enough to actually get the email

Everyone loves to get this gift card they can choose to get what ever they wish.

I get this card, but when I try to redeem iTunes said that code not exist, I return to the store and a staff tell me that it is not they problem is Apple problem...

I was at Best Buy and realized I needed another Christmas gift. And quick. This is what I grabbed. Hopefully the recipient enjoyed it!

These gift cards were Christmas presents. Ordered them December 12th. The representative was very nice as he told me they will come after Christmas.
