My gift card was not activated before it was shipped to me. I tried going back to the store and explaining the situation but they did not offer any help. I basically paid $15 for a piece of paper that I had to throw in the trash. Don't buy gift cards from BestBuy.com. The way that they handle gift card shipments is not dependable.

I bought and gave a $25.00 gift card for a xmas gift that was NOT ACTIVATED. When the person I gave it to called me the other day to let me know she couldn't use it I was mortified. Now we are trying to rectify the situation. Thank goodness i kept the receipt. Still working on it. Terrible experience

There whole purchase process was a nightmare. Had to return to a UPS which is not too nears me then nearly 3 weeks later the account was refunded (which I was not an option I requested but was told that was the procedure. I have purchased ITunes cards other places and never had these problems.

I like to listen to my music on a daily basis. Like the variety of music

It's a easy process and wasn't hard at all putting the money in my iCloud account

Gets Bluetooth working but voids mutebutton which is a pain

GOT THIS CARD ONLINE. TRIED TO ADD TO MY ACCOUNT AND CARD WAS NEVER ACTIVATED. I CALLED BEST BUY AND APPLE...I EVEN WENT TO THE STORE AND NO ONE WOULD ALLOW ME TO REDEEM. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS SERVICE!!!!! LOST MY MONEY. SO SAD!

i was ok with the 15 dollars but really wanted just a single 10 dollar card.

order a 50 dollar card on line for pickup at store with other items, when to activate the card, not registered. both BB and apple could not help me because the item was purchased on line and i didn't have a register receipt with a bar code???? Beware

Someone stole my credit card info and bought these gift cards. I have spoken to Best Buy and the credit card company. Now I have to replace the credit card. I hope the person(s) are caught and go to jail.

Still haven't used the card but not much to say about it it's iTunes

I received the Apple gift card but it was not activated

I bought a $100 iTunes gift card from Best Buy as a gift. The user loaded it onto his iTunes account, but there is no option to redeem it. When the user clicks the $100 icon, it does nothing. ITunes continues to use his credit card that is connected to his iTunes account.

They do not activate them. I gave a couple gift cards for gifts and the person was unable to use them because they were not activated!!! Very frustrating! it wasn't just one card, it was 4 of the 10 that I purchased. Will not use Best Buy any longer!

When I received the gift card and tried redeeming it, an error message popped up saying I had to contact Apple because it wasn't activated. I contacted them and they've been investigating for almost three weeks now.

Came in to buy extra memory for an Ipod Touch well i dont need an Itunes Card for that it results there is now way you can buy extra memory so i bought a gift card after an Best Buy associate told me yes that would work Bummer

This is an electronic transaction and takes over 24 hours to get the redemption code email. It used to come within an hour. Last two times it’s taken over 24 hours and a phone call to get the code.

It's an iTunes ca d....what is not great about it?
