I was told that the cards were active when arrived and nothing more embarrassing when the kids opened there gift cards and they had nothing on them.

You can buy a 3 pack of $10 cards. That's thirty dollars. You can buy two $15 dollar cards, which I ended up getting. I just wanted to spend $10 on each gift. I cant buy the one that says 15-50, or whatever, because if they don't get the 'or 50' then they get disappointed. Either way, I end up spending $30 dollars on a gift limit of $10. Be more flexible.

Not sure how to rate these cards except my son enjoys buying music. I wouldn’t recommend these unless you have a similar situation.

I felt that I was rushed and it seems the salesperson can't wait to get rid of me. Not only that he just seemed like he didn't care about how I felt since I've already told him that I don't want to spend too much on a speaker. But he didn't seem to care and still sold me the expensive kind of bookshelf speakers. I think the less $40 would have done the job. Instead after getting home I felt so disgusted so I returned the product a couple of days later.

When I got the apple gift card it was not working, and I would like a refund for this item

have been going back and forth with apple for the past 2 weeks trying to activate this card. this is what they are telling me: In this case, Lidan, you will need to contact BestBuy.com and have them activate the Gift Cards through their online distributor or Apple Integrator. If BestBuy.com will be able to provide you the sales receipt with the unique identifier for each card, we can continue the investigation and replace the codes on our end. very frustrating...

This is not Best Buy's fault but when I entered the activation code for this card, the code was successfully activated but iTunes wouldn't add on the amount for over 25 hours, even after I updated and signed out and in to my iTunes account at least 5 times. Finally, after talking to iTunes and Apple Support, the amount was added but I won't be using iTunes anytime soon since they haven't earned enough trust.

If your like me and not wishing ty take the chance of illegally downloading music........ This is a viable alternative.

I bought this forca C gift for my grandson for Christmas and he chose something else. Upon my return to best buy store they stated they couldn't return it. I was told once you buy an activated gift card from the web or the store it's non returnable. I didn't activate it, they said they do before shipping it. Lesson learned, for 100 dollars. Won't happen again will buy the lower dollar amounts.

i don't like this card it don't work and i lose money on these cards.

When purchasing this item and there are no hickups, its great but Best Buy sometimes cancels my order and no one knows why. First it was because I purchased too many and then someone else said because the system thinks its fraud. I was not able to get a clear answer. I went to the store and the manager was nice enough to match the sale price at the time so I was happy with my order but had to go through too much.

Do not buy this card in a large $$$ amount. The card can be used only for Itune content which is all digital.

You do not get another trial if you already tried and/ or are using a trial right now.

Purchased this via email delivery. The email to redeem the gift card looks nearly same as all the other Best Buy junk email. It also comes much later than your purchase so you can't just check for it immediately. Thus, if you accidentally delete the email thinking its more Best Buy junk mail, you can't redeem your purchase and are out $85.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE EMAIL WITH CODE TO REDEEM THIS DIGITAL GIFT CARD. YES, I'VE CHECKED THE SPAM/JUNK FOLDER, THEY'RE NOT THERE. HOW COME I GOT THE EMAIL WITH THE CODE FOR THE FREE 4 MONTHS APPLE MUSIC IT WAS OFFERED WITH THE ORDER.

Purchased to download music from iTunes. The codes are soooo long. It took like 10 years to redeem.
