I bought a $100 iTunes gift card from Best Buy as a gift. The user loaded it onto his iTunes account, but there is no option to redeem it. When the user clicks the $100 icon, it does nothing. ITunes continues to use his credit card that is connected to his iTunes account.

When I received the gift card and tried redeeming it, an error message popped up saying I had to contact Apple because it wasn't activated. I contacted them and they've been investigating for almost three weeks now.

This is an electronic transaction and takes over 24 hours to get the redemption code email. It used to come within an hour. Last two times it’s taken over 24 hours and a phone call to get the code.

Came in to buy extra memory for an Ipod Touch well i dont need an Itunes Card for that it results there is now way you can buy extra memory so i bought a gift card after an Best Buy associate told me yes that would work Bummer

Still trying to get activated Do not recommend ordering on line & having sent to house Go to store to get any cards so they can be taken back to that store. Had 2 in same order that this happened to

I purchased iTunes gift cards and when I went to add them to my account they weren’t activated. I had to call and have them activated. The representative didn’t apologize just said you are all set.

I purchased an itunes card online along with other items. I paid for a gift card that was Not activated, and am on hold for 27 minutes to speak with BestBuy customer service. How embarrassing! This was a gift.

I was not really that happy after I bought it because it was used when I tried to use it.

Gave this to my daughter for Christmas she tried to down load to her phone but it said was already redeemed.. so she’s upset and I am too that’s 50 dollars ..

Make sure to check your reciept, and make sure the numbers match! If they don't your card will not work.... And it's a hassle to get it corrected.

My cards arrived and were given as gifts- CARDS WERE NEVER ACTIVATED!!! Horrible experience. Same horrible experience to get it resolved.

Unfortunately, the code did not work, and I'm currently working with Apple to resolve the issue. This includes sending them the packing slip which I'm glad I kept.

I buy a lot of iTune cards for various charities; it's ridiculous that Apple and Best Buy contracted that only 2 cards/per person/per day can be purchased.

Just bought this card. When I went home and tried to redeem card it said that it's already redeemed. How can that be?

It’s a gift card. I got the gift card for my cousin for his birthday, I guess he used it for the intense purpose of me buying it, a gift!
