Best buys always goes above and beyond with their customer service even when purchasing a gift card

I bought this iTunes card. You pay $40, get $50. But they charged me the sales tax, so paid $42,5 in stead of $40. But still got $7,5 for free...

This is the third ITunes digital download that I have bought. This one was for a birthday present and was done digitally for email. The other 2 that I have got in the past only took 5 or 10 minutes to get to the inbox of the ones I sent them to. This one, took around 9+ hours. I called customer service twice. First time, give it 2 hours and if it isn't there call back. So in 2 1/2 hours of no delivery, I called back. This time they told me 24 hours. Aren't these digital orders done by a computer?? I really don't understand why the time difference and the different responses by customer service. I only received 1 email and that was right after I purchased it. But at least it got there before the birthday was over. I would recommend this, just know that they are saying up to 24 hours for delivery........

I got this because the price is great and redeemable code you dont need to go to Best Buy Store.

As several others posted, digital delivery didn't work... I placed the order on Nov 24, and immediately received an order ack (with an Order Number), saying "We'll e-mail you instructions to get your digital product shortly." Four days later, still no instructions (although the Order Status webpage says it's available for download). I'm on hold in my 4th phone call to Customer "Service", with little hope of success. If no joy here, I'm going to call Amex and withdraw/cancel the purchase. Huge waste of my time, all for a small discount. Will never shop at BestBuy again.

During the ordering process, it was stated that I would get a email approximately 15 minutes after the order confirmation with the download code. It now has been 20 hours 12 minutes, 10 phones calls to customer service. Many disconnected phone calls. Internet sells cannot cancel nor enter orders. Best Buy is out of codes, one customers service said it would be hours before they had more, one said days. They are out, customers service is apathetic at best.
