    Apple cables are more expensive than the aftermarket cables but I have found through experience that the cables made by Apple last longer and work better than the after market brands. After throwing away money on a lot of cheaper cables that don't work I've decided that it makes sense to spend a little more for an Apple product that I know will work.

    My new 2020 iPad Air 4 uses different kind of charger, and I needed one much longer than the one included — this over 6 foot long charger is exactly what I need; I have used every day for a month and it works great.

    Great product and cant beat Apple when it comes to their cables' compatibility with their products (duh) but always worth it to buy apple cables than to buy the amazon equivalents.
