I bought this together with the Apple 20W USB-C Power Adapter and it works fantastic. It charges both my phone and tablet very quickly.

Needed extra cord for new apple ipad Sad to see they change the plug in Will have to look for adapter connector for I plug into my couch

Apple is apple, there is no substitutes. If you need a good lightening charging cord this is the one. No Fake cords to over charge your iPhone or iPad.

Cable works great for USB-C charging. Just note this is just a USB 2 speed cable -- not USB 3 speed, in case you are intending to use with a high speed hard drive.

The cord works well. This model by Apple splits because of the way it is constructed. But I was able to find a replacement at Best Buy that helped in a deadline.

Charging cable is a good size for my Mac book air. However, this is the second one I’ve bought due to it not charging my computer. I only had cord for a couple months before it gave out and I had to replace it.

You can't go wrong with Apple's product if you are planning to use it on other Apple devices. Only downside is that it comes with some what heavier price tag. (also the cable seems to attract dirts quite easier since its in white color) Works well on both MacBook Pro 15" with 87 Watt adapter and iPad Pro 12.9" with 18 Watt adapter.

Relative to the overall price of the Ipad alone this item should have been the one included. Of course it works, but I was surprised that it was among the first accessories I had to get for the Ipad.

This cable is much more useful than the overly short one that comes with iPad. Wish Apple wouldn't do that to their customers.

Works great & I would recommend to anyone who needs a rapid charger for their iPhone. The price was very competitive & works just like a normal charger.

Apple finally went to an industry standard connection. It is about time. However, when you need to purchase an additional charger for your macbook you have to purchase the brick and the cable separately. Thank you Apple for finding another way to pick our pockets and spit in our face.

Works well, and as expected. Other cords often start having “recognition” issues. None of that with this one.

Bought a couple of these cables for the kids. Work great no complaints.

Not many surprises here, it works as designed. One thing to note however is while it can be used as a usb-c to usb-c connector between devices, you're not going to get the full bandwidth capabilities of thunderbolt 3. Basically, it works, but it's slower for data transfer purchases. If you're just using it to charge (as it was primarily designed to do) then you're good.

Saw this on sale and had to get it. All of the new Apple products are using this connection. This was especially a good buy as its a 6 foot cord.
