Only Purchase Apple Products

It did not fully charge my iPad Pro 12.9 device. I tried using an Apple certified usb-c plug adapter (that was purchased with this cord) and plugging it directly into a usb wall outlet. Even after attempting to charge the device overnight it would not fully charge. However when I switched to the shorter standard cord that was included with the iPad Pro it charged completely within 1 hour.

The old MagSafe on my last laptop lasted 5+ years. Plus, I bought the power supply too, the cable should come with that. Another way for Apple to reach into your pocket.

Way too thick and long.

I was thrilled I could get it at Best Buy but when I opened it up I was shocked at how thick the cord was and how long. I travel a lot so wanted a cord that was shorter and thinner as all that cord is unnecessary. I then tried the Apple Store and their cord was the same. Then I tried Amazon and found just what I wanted for 1/4 of the price. If I ever have to plug my ipad in across the room I guess I will be all set with the one I bought at Best Buy,.
