Way more durable than they used to be since the coating is braided. Also the cable is replaceable so you don’t need to replace the whole charger if there’s a problem with the cable. Highly recommended

Cables ordered separately work just as well as the ones shipped with the computer.

Equivalent to original (which had to be replaced)

On a negative note, I had to replace the original cable within a month after a Roomba ate part of the original cable. Hence, the strength and durability of this cable are a little questionable. I now have to go out of my way to keep this cable away from the Roomba vacuums. I'm tempted to charge with USB-C. I'm not the biggest fan of the magnet connector because it disconnects too easily. I'm still giving it 4 stars because I'm glad a replacement was available.

Not a pet chew toy.
