So far has only worked with the traditional Apple USB-C power blocks. Other than that, the cable is great and does the job.

Great for portability!

I can use multiple USB-C charger blocks and only carry this cord in my bag. The braided woven cord is so much better than the old plastic/rubber cords.

Good accessory to have for travel

The MacBook pro M1/M1 Max can also be charged with just a USBC/Thunderbolt 4 cable. But it's nice to leave those ports open and have this for charging.

Must need accessory for the Macbook Pro

Like that it goes to USB-C because it allows you to use different wall outlets. Definitely dont overpay for the Apple wall outlet. Go get an Anker one that has two USB-C PD inputs and and older style USB input. More affordable and gives you more options.

Both are vital for either to be useful. With that said. No complaints with the quality or function.
