Was not the right cord for a Ipad. Had to take back. It would be a good cord for other uses.

Decent quality. Will probably break in a year. Overall ok.

The cable works fine but I’m finding it’s too stiff, I wish it was more flexible. I’d give it a 3.5 if I could.

Sigh, I don’t know what to say other than it works, but the charger cable always ends up fried within a few months. Maybe I’m doing something wrong, but mine doesn’t last long.

I purchased this because dI needed a new Apple cord & I like it longer. I bought open box excellent condition. It’s not excellent. There must be a loose wire because it doesn’t always work. My time will be up to return when I get home. Very disappointed.

Worst customer service experience at your Doral store in Miami. Purchased cable on line for store pickup. Wanted to buy the plug and was told to wait. After 10 minutes and 2 trips to the “service desk” I requested to speak to a Mgr. The manager, a young man with glasses had the attitude that he was doing me a favor for getting someone to get the key. You sell expensive merchandise, yet your team at Doral service team doesn’t have the customer service skills to influence me to buy in that store.

Overall good quality but it does get yellow quite fast and tangled

Whomever in the NAMPA STORE pulled the cable conveniently used a printed sticky receipt to cover the description of the part thus hiding the lightening to Lightening connectors and FAILING TO PROVIDE THE USB TYPE C TO LIGHTENING CONNECTORS THAT I ORCERED. The hidden description made it impossible for me to verify the purchase until I got home and opened the box. Color me mad as a hornet at this deception!!!!

These cords does not last long. This is the 2nd cord that I have bought within 3 months.

Extremely weak charge. Purchased brand new and didnt even come with a box. No idea if it’s actually apple but it definitely doesnt charge correctly

Cabling is not as sturdy as other Apple charging cables I've purchased.

Bought a few of these and not even a year later they’re having issues charging our IPads already. One completely stopped working, the others are having issues most of the time.

I got this by mistake. I did not need the “C”.. When 8 tried to return it to get the correct one…I was told that I was ONE day past the return window of time..so I just kept it, but I don’t have anything to use it with ☹️

I bought from open box. It worked for about two days then decided it wasn’t going to work any longer.

It’s a good charger and says what it does but it wears down quickly. I have had it for a while and it no longer charges.

horrible .... ends breakdown within 60 days... cheaply made.... MANY other companies selling a much better product less expensive by 40%

I would really appreciate it if you’re gonna advertise an item as USB-C compatible, please make sure it is. It will be really nice if Best Buy could revamp their entire website. You’re an electronic store therefore it should not be difficult to navigate your website and find precisely what you need for any electronic equipment.

3rd one I've bought this year. The life expectancy kinda sucks.
