    Order apple usb c cables (2m) to pick up from store. One cable was good:. Another one, I opened the box right away at the counter and it turns out to be 3M only. I took it to the girl from whom I just picked up 2 cables. The girl working at the counter didn’t ever was apologetic about wrong product and when questioned why this. She replied “I don’t know-it came that way and I don’t have another open box” She didn’t even care to look in the store room to check. Best Buy customer services is falling apart. Because of Amazon, it will be hard to survive for Best Buy stores.

    Only problems I see since I have purchased at least six or more similar is that the cords wear out at neck or at the point of inserting into the iPhone. Weak!!!
