Didn't look at it until I got home and realized it was wrong. Went back and swapped it out for this one and it worked fine. Seems expensive for what it is.

Must have for active device use while charging

This cable still uses the older rubber/plastic cable sheath and is not a durable as others including newer cables by Apple.
