I have been purchasing from Best Buy for many years an have never had a bad experience.

I liked the cables technology and color options to match my layout decor. I used this connector was used to attach to a external device housing a raid controller that is connected via two E-sata cables to a 8 bay raid system. Another thunderbolt cable is connected to one of two 27 inch Apple monitors.

This cable just works as I need it to connect my iMac to my MacBook as a second screen

Apple products are great. This cable cord saved me from transferring all my files. Great Product.

My MacBook Air was not booting, and the Thunderbolt cable allowed me to tether my Pro to the Air and pull off essential files through OSX Utilities. Saved me 7 months worth of lecture notes and study material for med school that I might have otherwise lost!

Works perfectly. Quite expensive. I used it to mirror a new computer from and an older computer.

I generally dislike buying expensive Apple accessories but it comes with the territory. Thunderbolt cable is imperative for these new MacBook models.

I recently tried to cut costs and went with a discount thunderbolt cable. A year later I was buying another one. Went with the Apple brand thunderbolt cable and it works like a charm. Never had a problem with Apple branded accessories, although they do cost a little more.

Premium for such a simple cable of such a short length. I almost went with an online vendor, but I didn't want to risk a shoddy cable from overseas.

So this is a basic thunderbolt cable. It is from apple. Thankfuly Best Buy has good prices so you don't lose an arm and a leg for a copper cable that has a chip on it!

I use the cable to enable my iMac as a second monitor for my laptop. Quick and easy set up.

Local people in-store to help. Great price! Great to have local help for Apple products.

i bought a new MacBook air and needed to transfer data from my old MacBook pro. the thunderbolt cable made the transfer very quick and easy. good stuff. works excellent. use only the apple made thunderbolt cable. a little expensive though.

I only give it 4 stars because of the cost. It works fine but my feeling is that it is no better or worse than a less expensive cable you can buy online.

I bought this to help transfer a ton of data onto a new Mac. It’s a must buy. I tried over a normal usb cord and wi Fi and it would have taken a week. This took a few hours. I’ll probably never use it again though

Cables in general are a rip-off as far as cost, this one is no different. I didn't want to deal with mail-order for these two. They work great, as the cables bundles with the Seagate Thunderbolt drives did not. As a FYI, the Thunderbolt cables that come with the Seagate drives will work as long as you only have one drive, but if you daisy chain them you're going to get an unreliable connection.

The product itself works perfect as expected. Apple always has well made products.

Cable works as intended helpful staff got me what I needed in no time.

Seems to be a lot of money for a simple cable, yet it makes the task of transferring information so very much quicker. With that said, I would tell anyone transferring info from one Mac product to another, this is by sure the best way to go.
