my only complaint is with apple -- it would make much more sense to me if there were universal chargers/cords/adapters; also, why must i purchase block and cord together when all that i needed was to replace a frayed cord

I prefer to always buy the Apple brand accessories to use on my Apple product and you can always count on Best Buy to have them in stock

I bought the Apple 85W MagSafe 2 Power Adapter with Magnetic DC connector. It was cool.

A second power supply is the best option when you commuting or travel a lot. The first one is at home, the second travels with me.

Apple has designed a great power adapter. Just be careful to properly wind the cords before packing the adapter to avoid damaging them.

Make sure you have the right one, otherwise it's not going to work with your Macbook Pro. But it charges my computer fine.

The power bar is a little more bulky than the one that came with my MacBook Pro. Apart from that, it works great. No complaints at all

Works as intended, very durable. I like that there is no set up involved outside of pairing it with your device. Makes it easy to switch between devices.

This item is an absolutely necessary accessory for my 2012 MacBookPro Retina. And this is my third replacement! It surprises me that no lawyer has yet thought of a class action lawsuit against Apple for the way their power supply cords fail! Wish I'd saved the old one so I could take photos to show how the outer covering on the low voltage cord deteriorates and cracks off.

Bought an open box and it works perfectly. Definitely charges faster than the 65
